1Steer the hole. Drag anywhere on a phone. On a computer, it follows your mouse (or use WASD).
2Grow. Bins and benches first, then cars, houses, mansions, the City. Everything you swallow is tax.
3Mind the faces. Hit one group too hard and it revolts: farmers drive to Whitehall, the rich leave for Monaco.
4Seats go where you eat. Each constituency has a limit. Lose too many and the Budget falls.
5Extras. Catch the rabbit for your speech. Grab power-ups. The pledges pay a fortune, if you'll break your word.
